You can track your order by following these steps:

1. Click on the 'My Account' section at the top right of the page

2. Sign in

3. Click on your order number

You will now be able to see the status of your order.

If the order has been fulfilled, please use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to track the status of your order via the courier's website.

If the order has not yet been fulfilled and you would like to contact customer service for an update then please fill out the form on the contact us page, outlining your query.

Mastercard is the preferred payment method, we do accept a variety of major payment methods. To ensure you continue shopping with the utmost confidence, we accept MASTERCARD, PAYPALVISAAMEXDiscover cardMaestroShop PayGoogle PayApple Pay.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes as all of our items require a signature upon delivery.


Please be advised that any custom or import charge that is incurred through delivery to your destination country will solely be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information as custom policies vary from country to country.

If you would like to cancel your order and to end the contract with us, please let us know by: Contacting our customer service team via contact@wrwc21.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Alternatively, you can use the contact form on the website providing your details and order number.
